History of Ag Plus

A Rich History
Ag Plus was formed in July of 2001 through a merger--voted on by the stockholders of Allen County Cooperative Association, established in 1930, and Farmers Elevator Company of South Whitley, established in 1912.

Allen County Cooperative Association was comprised of six locations, and Farmers Elevator Company included two locations.  The combination of the two companies was an easy transition, as both cooperatives offered similar services and products to the Allen and Whitley County areas.

The addition of Ag Plus has been very beneficial for both the patrons and employees of the company through efficiencies of these products and services.
